It includes its own weather system linked to satellite information and ‘god’ mode to manually control the environment (time of day, weather, etc). Signs of Life

Signs of Life is an Interactive story for teenage girls for the BBC. Inter-leaving video, games and personality tests. A £1m budget. What a blast! We aimed for the stars and landed somewhere in a freezing forest in Buckinghamshire and a basement in Shepherds Bush. Appreciative Inquiry – digital

Translated a real-world mass participation system for organisational change to an online system. A fantastic opportunity to work directly with one of the founders of Appreciative Inquiry – positive psychology – in the USA.  We employed gamification techniques to keep people engaged throughout.

Sheff Doc video streaming

Sheffield Doc / Fest

We produced and improved the UX and workflow for the Videotheque system this enabled film makers to upload films and automatically encode them ready for streaming. Then onto the front where we incorporated the existing branding and the backend systems to play out / stream over 200 films for this popular international documentary festival.

The Happy Museum Project

Site re-design for a lovely bunch of people. We produced and built a site that worked across web and mobile devices and that’s sustainable – easy to update and maintain. We re-developed the existing content rich site, starting with the information design and onto the build and SEO. We provided the digital knowledge, the client bought their intimate knowledge of their content. Three rounds of user testing later and we’d made it easier to find useful content and a much lovelier experience to use. We increased visits and their duration by 30%.
